Orders are confirmed only after we accept them by phone, WhatsApp or email. Payment terms are agreed at the time of order. GST invoices are provided as per applicable law.
Delivery time and charges depend on location and product, and will be communicated before dispatch. Delays caused by transport or events beyond our control are not our liability.
Please check goods on delivery. Report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange replacement. Used or damaged-after-delivery products are not eligible.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
